When a withdrawal will not go through
Most withdrawal problems come down to a precondition that has not been met. These are the points you can check yourself first.
1. Is verification complete
A withdrawal requires completed identity verification. If documents are still under review — or were returned for a correction — the request will not proceed.
2. Does the amount meet the minimum
The minimum withdrawal is 50 USD equivalent. Requests below that cannot be submitted.
3. Is the network correct
USDT supports ERC20 and TRC20; ETH is ERC20 only. An address on a different network will not receive the funds. The leading characters of the address indicate which network it belongs to.
4. Is margin tied up in open positions
Only the amount above your required margin is available. With positions open, the withdrawable figure is lower than the balance shown.
5. How long has it been
Funds arrive from 30 minutes, but blockchain congestion moves that. Several hours is possible.

Contact us with your account number, the time of the request, and the network you selected. Support is available 24 hours in Japanese, English and Chinese.
