Generally, trades that have been closed and whose result is settled. Open positions carry unrealised profit and loss, which is not settled at that point.
MT5 exports a trade history report for a date range of your choosing. Saving a full year at year end gives you the result and timestamp of every trade. Keeping your deposit and withdrawal records, with dates and amounts, makes reconciliation easier.
